The Logo
I used a friendly, curved sans-serif font for the logo to convey a sense of approachability and comfort. Additionally, the logo includes an icon I created that depicts a person in motion with raised arms, symbolizing self-awareness and inner movement. Interestingly, the icon also subtly resembles an elephant, an animal often associated with memory and mindfulness. This dual imagery perfectly fits an interoception service, as it emphasises both the internal awareness of one's body and the calm, mindful approach essential for understanding and managing one's internal sensations.
Colour Palette
I decided to pick Nile Blue, Light Coral, White, Chardonnay Yellow, Sea Green, and Floral White for the colour palette. Nile Blue provides a calming and soothing effect, ideal for promoting self-awareness and relaxation. Light Coral adds a touch of warmth and approachability, making the service feel welcoming. White and Floral White offer simplicity and clarity, ensuring the design remains clean and uncluttered. Chardonnay Yellow brings a sense of energy and positivity, while Sea Green introduces a natural, tranquil element. This palette is designed to appeal to young to middle-aged adults, creating a balanced and inviting environment for an interoception service.
